Returns
Locators & Supplies, Inc. requires a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for all goods returned to Locators & Supplies, Inc. Returns to our location will be refused unless they reference a valid RMA on the outside of the package. 
Only new, unused merchandise is eligible for return and the return request must be made within 10 days of shipment from our location. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Customer is responsible for all freight.
In the case of a shipping error on the part of Locators & Supplies, we will ship the proper item to the customer at no additional freight charge and will issue a call tag for the return of the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a credit will be issued.

Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales tax will be added to every order delivered to addresses in MN, SD, ND, and WI. If your organization is tax-exempt, we are required to have on hand a tax exemption certificate for your company. Please fax your certificate to 218-736-2321 or email to receivables@locatorsandsupplies.com

Safety Standards
Products sold by Locators & Supplies, Inc. are designed to meet U.S. safety standards and regulations. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for compliance with all local safety standards and regulations in the purchaser's localities in which the products will be shipped, sold, and/or used.
